Ingredients for marinade

  • 8 large whole wings cut in half
  • 1/2 cup zatar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Ingredients for sauce

  • 2-3 tablespoons of sriracha (add more or less depending on how hot you want your sauce)
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Green Zatar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

For the marinade, mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken wings. Make sure to smoother the wings with marinade and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight if you like.

Preheat oven to 375 F, oil a baking sheet, place wings on a baking sheet, cook for 25 minutes. I like to put in broiler for a minute to make them extra crispy.

Take the wings out and allow a few minutes to cool.

In a sauce pan, Mix all ingredients of the wing sauce together until everything is incorporated and allow it to simmer on low-medium heat for five minutes. Pour sauce over the wings when your ready to eat. Add sesame seeds, chopped peppers, and green onions on the top when complete.
