Süleymaniye Mosque, the largest mosque in Istanbul, features a beautiful interior and gorgeous views of Istanbul from a top of a hill.  Süleymaniye Mosque is off the beaten path yet within walking distance of the historic district of Istanbul – about a 15 minute walk from the Grand Bazaar – you will walk up a few steep roads until you reach this mosque.  What I love most about this mosque is that it’s not crowded with tourists.  You’ll find a few tourists there but the majority are natives. Take a walk around the mosque and enjoy the photos below.
